Mission Statement

The Kingswood Youth Football and Cheer's mission is to foster a program that is
dedicated to providing the youth of the Governor Wentworth Regional School District, and
surrounding communities, an environment that is fun, safe, and educational, and to learn and
succeed in the game of football and of cheer.

We will achieve this through:

• Teaching fundamental football and cheerleading skills and techniques.
• Providing fun, enjoyment, and game competition with adult leadership.
• Teaching to win with pride and lose with dignity.
• Building minds and bodies through good, clean, sportsmanship and vigorous exercise.
• Teaching the importance of teamwork.
• Encouraging all participants to complete what they start, and the value of perseverance.
